New Trails Run Club Waiver
I agree that as a member of this club I know that running can be potentially hazardous that could cause injury or death. I agree that I will not participate in any club activities unless I am medically able. I understand that the osteopathic manual therapy advice I may receive is given in good faith but does not replace the advice of my physician. I agree to listen to my body and assume all risks associated with being a member of this club, including falls, weather and heat/cold risks, being in contact with other participants, and traffic/road danger. I agree to abide by the rules established by the club. Having read the above, I waive New Trails Osteo Run Club from any future liability.
